AOT is getting back to the basics of Making Importing Easy! We are launching our new Customer Centric initiative focusing on response time, innovative solutions, service improvement, and trust. Our goal is to partner with customers to streamline our process and procedures to build long term strategies and growth. With more than 30 years of importing experience, complete customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
We understand that responding to our customers in a timely manner is essential to maintaining a long-lasting relationship. We have implemented a 24 hour turnaround time on all customers communications. We are also ensuring a timely turnaround on all pack lists, claims, invoices and credits.
Throughout the year, we request feedback from our customers through satisfaction surveys, issue resolution forms and focus groups. We always welcome customer feedback, no matter how small an issue, and will implement change or action when needed.
