American-Omni Trading warrants the American-Omni line of highway 22.5, 24.5 tubeless disc wheels and tubeless demountable rims to have no materials or workmanship defects for 4 years from the date of manufacture. In addition, American-Omni Trading warrants the American-Omni line of trailer wheels 12 inches to 16 inches through our 17.5 heavy duty trailer wheels to have no materials or workmanship defects for 1 year from the date of manufacture. Paint finish is excluded on both.

American-Omni Trading Wheel warranty is void if the wheels or rims are altered; are not installed properly; or are not operated or maintained properly based on industry standards. The warranty does not cover American Omni Wheel failures caused by corrosion, other components, accidents, improper tire size, improper tire inflation, improper nut torque, excessive speeds, or any other abnormal or severe operating conditions.

American Omni Wheel's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing any wheel or rim that proves to be defective. This warranty is extended only to the initial purchaser and cannot be transferred.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH EXTEDNDS BEYOND THIS WARRANTY, AND IN NO EVENT WILL THIS WARRANTY BE DEEMED TO COVER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
